Most recently serving as CTO of Clarest Health and previously as CIO and CEO within Omnicom Group ($6B), he has a proven track record of scaling operations, including the creation of a $180M global center of excellence.
A specialist in M&A integration, global infrastructure, and cybersecurity, Jason operates at the intersection of finance and technology to translate complex systems into measurable enterprise value. He currently serves as a strategic advisor for organizations navigating growth and complexity, and co-hosts the On the Right Stack podcast.
Roz Reich

Roz is an accomplished operations and technology advisor with over 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex transformation initiatives. She specializes in guiding leadership through periods of change, bringing structure to ambiguity, and translating complex challenges into actionable plans.
With a focus on integration, Roz aligns systems, processes, and stakeholders across business units to create unified and efficient operating environments. Known for a collaborative and pragmatic approach, she works closely with executives to drive alignment, improve communication, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable results.
Amanda King
CONSULTANT
Amanda King is a marketing and brand leader whose impact extends well beyond the brand. With experience across senior living and long-term care, she translates strategy into the process, documentation, and assets that organizations rely on—equipping account management, sales, and adjacent functions to standardize, scale, and drive adoption enterprise-wide. Her work consistently connects two audiences that define an organization’s success: the customers it serves and the employees who bring the brand to life.
Most recently VP of Sales and Account Management Operations at Clarest Health, Amanda spent nearly eight years at Remedi SeniorCare pharmacy, most recently as the Vice President of Marketing. She has led initiatives spanning customer experience and internal employee engagement, building the programs and materials that strengthen relationships from the outside in and the inside out. Known for taking ideas from concept to fully realized execution, she brings a hands-on approach to helping teams communicate clearly and grow with intention.
Jante Tsay

Jante Tsay brings 25 years of experience in program management, analytics, and organizational transformation to Right Stack Advisors. Before joining RSA, Jante held delivery and program leadership roles at organizations including Clarest Health, Wolters Kluwer, and Omnicom, where he built a track record of taking complex initiatives from strategy into disciplined, hands-on execution.
At Right Stack, Jante leads embedded delivery engagements — designing the processes, workflows, and support models that let clients scale their implementation capacity without scaling their headcount. He specializes in the unglamorous work that makes transformation stick: mapping how things actually get done today, building the systems and handoffs that replace tribal knowledge, and staging a takeover so it never puts a client’s operations at risk.
