He currently serves as a strategic advisor for organizations navigating growth and complexity, and co-hosts the On the Right Stack podcast.

With a focus on integration, Roz aligns systems, processes, and stakeholders across business units to create unified and efficient operating environments. Known for a collaborative and pragmatic approach, she works closely with executives to drive alignment, improve communication, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable results.
Jordan Bressler
Senior Advisor
Jordan is a strategic technology and communications advisor with nearly three decades of experience helping organizations navigate transformation, operational change, and growth. Blending expertise in technology operations, digital strategy, executive communications, and business process optimization, he works closely with leadership teams to align technology initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Most recently serving in a leadership role at Clarest Health, Jordan led initiatives spanning IT operations, facilities and infrastructure strategy, vendor management, compliance and safety programs, and enterprise communications. Known for translating complex technical and operational challenges into practical business solutions, he brings a collaborative, hands-on approach to helping organizations modernize, scale, and communicate effectively through periods of change.
